1. 100 club is to be run from July 2008- June 2009
2. Membership Fees can be paid either: By one payment of £12 immediately : £6 payable Half Yearly (July & January) Or £3 quarterly (July, October, January and April. Payments by cash or cheque (reminders for payment will not be sent). The system is designed to avoid monthly transactions
3. Prize Money will only be issued if fees are up to date.
4. The normal Monthly Prize is £20 : £10 and £5
But Decembers Draw will be £100 : £50 and £25
5 Your Membership No will be sent to you in the first mailing after June 30th. A receipt will be issued only for the First Payment.
Please return the completed Application form to the Treasurer (Miss C Miller) at the address shown below, before June 30th to ensure membership to all draws. Applications can be made after this date.
